The Medical Concierge® has been providing medical services exclusively to the hospitality industry since 1980 for over 30 years. We cater exclusively to the traveler, in need of medical services, by sending Board Certified and Florida licensed pediatricians and family practitioners, directly to their hotel, resort or vacation home to evaluate, diagnose, treat and if necessary provide needed medications, without the inconvenience of finding a pharmacy, all in the comfort of their hotel room or private villa.
If an office setting is preferred or necessary, our main clinic is conveniently located on Turkey Lake Road, just minutes from Universal Studios® Orlando Resort. We offer a network of specialist clinics where we can arrange same day appointments both after hours and on the weekend, if more convenient. Locations include Lake Buena Vista, The Walt Disney World Resort, and private homes and villas along Highway 27, to name just a few. Appointments are required and priority scheduling is available. The Medical Concierge® is aligned with the Walt Disney World Resort, The Orange County Convention Center and numerous hotels, resorts, and vacation homes in the greater Orlando area. We take pride in understanding the special needs of both domestic and international tour operators, travel assistance companies and their guests, and we enjoy a successful working relationship with them.

- Medical Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays.
- Our physicians are Board Certified and Florida licensed.
- Our physicians carry a mobile pharmacy where medications can be administered at the time services are rendered.
- “In room” services include a mobile X-Ray, mobile ultrasound, IV therapy, breathing treatments and diagnostic tests such as strep test, pregnancy test, mononucleosis test, influenza test and blood sugar evaluations.
- We can often arrange same day dental and specialist appointments.
- Dentists are our most popular specialty request. We have three on staff that are available after hours and on the weekend.
- Our specialists include: pediatric, gynecology, cardiology, orthopedic, ophthalmology, dermatology, chiropractic and mental health.
- Select travel insurance is accepted and direct billing is available. Our triage call center will arrange all the details before the physician arrives to your room so you don’t have to worry about providing additional money, thus eliminating and or greatly reducing your upfront out of pocket expense. Should you have policy restrictions such as a deductible, we will inform you beforehand.
- We always provide the proper itemized, medically coded receipt should you need to submit one to your insurance carrier for reimbursement upon returning home.
- Fit to fly letters can be provided in the event your travel plans must be altered due to medical restrictions or if your travel insurance company should request one.
- Our staff and physicians are multilingual. If another language is needed that is not represented, we offer interpretation at no additional cost to you.
- In the event it is needed, transportation assistance is available to our main private clinic conveniently located on Turkey Lake Road, minutes from Universal Studios® Orlando Resort.
